RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving the voucher. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the goods (shipping costs). The voucher must be sent in appropriate packaging to the address: Spa Center Dorćol, Kneginje Ljubice 20, Belgrade, Serbia. Vouchers must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The original receipt with a note indicating the quantity of the returned goods and the sender's account information (bank account number and bank name) must be attached in order to process the refund.
The supplier will refund the total amount, excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods. The supplier is not obligated to accept a cash-on-delivery shipment or shipments that do not comply with its general terms and conditions.
Complaints and Disputes
The Offeror complies with applicable consumer protection laws. The Offeror is obligated to establish an effective complaint handling system. The customer may contact the offeror by phone or email regarding a complaint. Complaints can be submitted via email to [email protected] or in writing to the company's address. The offeror will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five business days and will inform the customer of its status. The bidder is aware that a key characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least with regard to legal proceedings, is the balance between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle preventing a consumer from initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the bidder strives to resolve all disputes amicably, to the best of its ability.
