PAYMENT METHODS
– For customers from the Republic of Serbia
1. PAYING BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLINE
1.1 Payment for products in our online store can be made in one of the following ways: by credit/debit cards – VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard that support online payments. Card payments are processed in cooperation with Raiffeisen Bank and are conducted in a secure and certified manner with a simple entry of your card details.
After the card details are entered and the payment is confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction, and the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.
All payments will be made in dinars (RSD) at the Raiffeisen Bank's exchange rate. If you are paying with a card issued by a foreign bank, the transaction amount in dinars will be converted to the Bank's settlement currency (EUR) at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia or the card-issuing bank. When your payment card is charged, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the rate applied by the payment card operators. Any price on the site that is not in RSD is for informational purposes only, and due to the currency conversions, the actual amount may differ. Both legal and natural persons can make payments this way.
1.2 The transaction will be completed and the amount charged to your account only after the products are prepared and confirmed by the Seller. If the payment is not completed, i.e., the amount is not charged to your account within 7 days of your order being accepted, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the 7-day period expires, the funds reserved on your account will be released and will become available to you again. After that, you can place the same or a new order and make a payment for it.
1.3 Check with your card-issuing bank to see if your card supports online payments.
2. DATA PROTECTION WHEN PAYING BY CARD
2.1 When entering your payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected format using the SSL protocol, applying the most modern methods of tokenization for sensitive data, and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, applying state-of-the-art sensitive data tokenization methods, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by Raiffeisen Bank's payment card processor. At no point are the payment card details made available to the merchant.
2.2 3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – Raiffeisen Bank uses the highest global standards for data protection and privacy. All merchants are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, thereby guaranteeing customers the security of their purchases. Customers' payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system, and the entry itself is protected by SSL data encryption.
3. REFUND
3.1 In the case of a refund to a customer who has previously paid with a payment card, whether partial or full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the refund will be issued exclusively to the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard card used for the payment. This means that upon our request, our bank will credit the funds back to the cardholder's account.
4. PAYMENT SLIP
4.1. Payment by payment slip means you can pay for your order by making a direct deposit at any post office or bank. You will receive the detailed information and contract that need to be provided on the payment slip via email immediately after your order is confirmed by our staff. Upon receipt of your payment, the service you have selected will be confirmed by our spa center.

5. BANK TRANSFER (Virmansko Payment)
5.1 If you are a business entity or an e-banking user, you can make the payment by transferring funds from your account. You will receive the detailed information required for the transfer order via email from our sales representatives immediately after your order is confirmed. Once your payment is processed, the service is confirmed and an invoice will be sent by our spa center.
